In case, If you are not 100% satisfied with your strap(s) or have size issues, You can return your strap(s) for a full refund or exchange within 4 days of purchase.
All straps must be returned in NEW, UNWORN CONDITION! Any alteration(s) to the strap(s) voids any warranty and CANNOT be returned/exchanged
For exchange of the strap in your order, you have to follow the Return Process and then you can place another order for the replacement of the strap. If there is a partial return of the order, a partial refund will be initiated.
Please mail us your return request to email@example.com and we shall arrange for return pick-up (if available) or you will have to send it back to us (if return pick-up is unavailable).
Return your strap with a copy of your invoice (preferably). Please include the name, size, and finish of the strap (Please note that the exchange product shall be sent to the same Order address).
We shall refund the difference amount (if any) immediately upon shipment.
All Refunds shall be made in full (except shipping charges) by the same mode as of order.
In case the buyer pays the return shipping charges for the return shipment, We shall refund the Shipping Charges charged by us in the Order.
